No — government fees are set by each jurisdiction and paid directly to the government. We show them transparently in the calculator above so you know your total before you commit. No hidden markups on government fees, ever.
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Standard or CPA Launch at any time before your filing is submitted — you just pay the difference. Email us and we'll switch you over the same day.
We accept all major credit cards and Interac e-Transfer. You'll receive a secure payment link after you submit your intake form — nothing is charged until you confirm your order.
If we haven't started work on your file, you get a full refund of our service fee — no questions asked. Once filings are submitted to the government, government fees are non-refundable, but we'll always work with you to make things right.
We'll tell you fast and help you pivot. On the CPA Launch plan we'll suggest 3 alternative names at no extra charge, and on every plan you can also choose a numbered corporation (like 12345678 Canada Inc.) and add a trade name later.
